1- Who can apply for HLV Early Talent Program?
This program is open to final-year university students from any major. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about making a difference - no prior experience in life insurance is required.
2- Which Departments are offering internship positions?
We’re offering internship roles across both Sales and Back Office functions. Some of the departments include: IT, Regional Sales, Finance & Accounting, Product Development, Human Resources, etc.
3- Do I neeed to be a life insurance or finance major to apply?
Not at all! We welcome students from all backgrounds. What matters most is your mindset - a willingness to explore, learn, and contribute.
4- Where will the internship take place?
Most internship positions are based at Hanwha Life Vietnam’s Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Sales-related roles may be located either at the Head Office or at our Sales Offices, all within Ho Chi Minh City.
5. When does the internship start and how long does it last?
The program runs for 4 months, starting from October 2025 to February 2026.
6- Is this a paid internship?
Yes, all interns will receive a monthly allowance and benefits as part of the program.
7- Can I apply if I have classes during the internship period?
This is a full-time internship program, so we recommend you apply only if your academic schedule allows you to commit fully during the program period.
8- What happens after the internship?
Top-performing interns may receive offers for full-time positions or become part of our talent pipeline for future recruitment.
