Talent Acquisition Business Partner Officer

Key Accountabilities

Hiring & Strategic Sourcing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the company including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding to bring best fit talent to HLV that meet to business need per assignment
  • Understand the policies relating to compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee development to propose a competitive package to the final candidates, while maintaining the internal equity for internal movement or external placement
  • Leverage data-driven analytics and reporting to provide updates to partners to drive decisions and shape recruiting activities.
  • Keep updated to hiring process to ensure all hiring is aligned to current policy/procedure.
  • Conduct market intelligence & strategic sourcing under TABP’s project/assignment

Business Partnering

  • Partner with assigned department heads/ hiring managers to understand current context of assigned departments & collaborate to functional HR department in order to providing consultancy & reflect the updated manpower of assigned- department
  • Run manpower planning & monitor the process from initiate to approval to ensure the manpower of assigned department is deployed properly.
  • Conduct exit interview or stay interview from time to time to understand people’s issues & propose initiatives for solving people issues that impact to business results (if any)

Talent Acquisition Projects to serve function’s deliverables based on line manager’s assignment

Job Requirements

- Education: University degree, preferably in Human Resources/Business or equivalent

- Relevant working experience: 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience of insurance industry is preferred

- Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirement:

  • Good business acumen
  • Strong experience of hiring in various job functions at all levels
  • Good knowledge of HRBP process is advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • A team player that nurtures a teamwork environment
  • Good command of English

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic.
  • Can-do attitude
