Agency Compliance Manager/ Trưởng phòng Pháp chế Đại lý
Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop & Implement Compliance Programs
- Design, implement, and oversee agency compliance programs in alignment with the Agency Compliance Manual, internal regulations, and applicable laws.
- Lead and manage the compliance team, ensuring smooth coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct investigations, on-site inspections, and handle major fraud cases independently or in collaboration with other teams.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Review and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures, including violation lists and disciplinary measures to maintain regulatory alignment.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc compliance reports as required by management.
2. Conduct Compliance Training
- Develop training materials and documentation for agency compliance.
- Create and implement training plans, including on-site sessions, topic-based workshops for managers, and online modules via the FC Portal.
- Organize and supervise training activities to minimize misconduct and enhance compliance awareness.
- Regularly review and update training content and plans annually or as needed.
3. Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager or authorized by the General Director related to agency compliance.
Requirements:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Audit, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Assertive, open-minded, proactive, and trustworthy.
- High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations on insurance business.
- Extensive experience in agency compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance regulations, products, and services.
Skills
- Excellent diplomacy, persuasion, and discretion.
- Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership, time management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
