Report to: Agency Training Director
Key Accountabilities
- To conduct Basic Financial Course (BFC) for potential candidates to ensure the following KPIs
- Comply the company policy and MOF regulations
- Online test passed ratio
- First month activity ratio
- To conduct post BFC course – mind set, then skills set, and tool set for existing agents to uplift their sale capabilities
- To provide sale support activities to all of the offices/ GAs in-charge to meet monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sale target including:
- Career Opportunity Presentation
- Sale Seminar
- Join field work
- Kick off meeting & other sales events
- To push new FC up to UM to contribute in UM quantity growth
- To push new FC up to Hanwha Leade to contribute in Hanwha Lead quantity growth
Requirements
- Experience at least 2 years in Life Insurance industry
- Experience in adult training/ teaching is preferable
- University graduation, majoring in Insurance/ Economics/ Pedagogy is preferred
- Basic knowledge in Life Insurance including overview of agency activities, basic knowledge about agency training activities
- Good presentation skill
- Working independently with limited instructions from line manager
- Working in team effectively
- Good communication
- English communication is preferable
