Agency Training Territory Head - South/ Giám đốc Huấn luyện Miền Nam
Key Accountability
A/ Training operations
- Making training and development plans and execute the training plan within regional sales and branch offices
- Handling training and development activities (agency training and agency management training)
- Monitoring training activities, training administration to ensure the training operation in the Region is complied with the government and the company regulations
- Report and update training data accurately and timely.
B/ Training delivery and Sales support
- Delivering training for agency leaders, GAD and new AD.
- Ensuring training programs meet the business’s needs, are delivered adequately with high quality.
- Participating in the establishment and organizing sales activities for sales development (Clubs: MDRT/Hanwha Master, Recruitment, UM/DM, …)
- Developing good cooperation with Agency Sales force
C/ Staffing & Developing
- Recruiting and developing staff (trainers and team leaders)
- Identifying current levels of performance of staff and make plan for enhancing staff performance.
Job Requirement
- University graduated, major in Business Administration, Economics, Pedagogic, Law, Marketing, etc.
- Understanding Insurance Market is preferred
- Minimum 5 years in writing and/or designing training materials
- Able to work independently and work under pressure; Teamwork
