Assistant to CEO/ Trợ lý Tổng Giám đốc
Key Accountabilities
1. Strategic Support & Communication (20%)
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders to ensure effective, timely, and culturally sensitive communication.
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for internal meetings and group-level discussions.
- Translate, interpret, and localize business information (Vietnamese–English–Korean where necessary) to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
2. Data Analysis & Decision Support (40%)
- Consolidate and analyze business and operational data to support CEO’s strategic decisions.
- Provide performance tracking, market insights, and business trend analysis in collaboration with departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports with actionable insights for executive reviews.
3. Business Planning & Project Coordination (20%)
- Assist in strategic planning cycles, including the preparation of business plans, budgeting, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects initiated by the CEO; follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely collection and validation of information from relevant departments.
4. Executive Administration & Travel Support (10%)
- Arrange CEO’s calendar, business meetings, and travel logistics.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and external events.
- Provide administrative support in executive events, roadshows, and meetings with key partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or relevant fields.
- More than 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and supporting senior executives.
- Good knowledge of financial foundation
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills; ability to work with large data sets (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in Korean culture, is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, and organizational capability.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) & fluent in Korean
