Assistant to CEO/ Trợ lý Tổng Giám đốc

Key Accountabilities

  1. Strategic & Executive Support
  • Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Proactively handle confidential matters and support the CEO in strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and preparation of briefing notes.
  • Track and follow up on CEO’s directives, ensuring timely execution and reporting by relevant departments.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper to optimize the CEO’s time and ensure priorities are efficiently addressed.
  1. Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO in day-to-day business activities, including preparation of strategic reports, meeting agendas, and presentations.
  • Support in the preparation of board materials, internal communications, and senior leadership coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional information flow, ensuring timely collection, consolidation, and review of reports, data, and proposals from relevant departments.
  1. Travel & Meeting Management
  • Take the lead in planning and managing complex travel itineraries and business trips for the CEO and other Board Members, including logistical and administrative support before, during, and after trips.
  • Accompany the CEO on key business trips or meetings when required, providing translation (Korean – Vietnamese/English) and executive support.
  1. Translation & Interpretation
  • Translate high-level documents and provide interpretation in executive-level meetings and communications between the CEO and Korean/Vietnamese stakeholders.

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or related position.
  • Proficiency in Korean (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Background or knowledge in finance, accounting, or data analytics is an advantage.
