Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing Assistant Manager/Phó phòng Chiến lược Thương hiệu & Marketing Tích hợp

Key Accountabilities:

1. Brand management & Governance

- Implement brand strategy, positioning and key messages through tactical plans and activities under the overall direction of the Senior Manager.

- Ensure consistent application of brand identity and guidelines across marketing materials, communication channels and customer touchpoints.

- Act as the main contact point for stakeholders in the assigned region (especially GA/SO) providing guidance and advice on brand application and visual identity, ensuring proper brand visibility in daily operations.

- Take primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and regularly updating corporate brand materials and assets, including corporate videos, company profiles, corporate presentations, New Year calendars and other corporate materials.

- Coordinate trademark-related activities, including renewal tracking and liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper protection and use of the Company‘s trademarks.

2. Integrated Marketing & Brand Activation

- Support the Senior Manager in translating marketing priorities into detailed plans and activities for integrated campaigns, including branding campaigns, outdoor advertising, events, roadshows, activations, sponsorships and other brand-building initiatives.

-Manage the end-to-end implementation of assigned campaigns, projects, including detailed planning, timeline management, internal coordination, agency/vendor management, execution and post-campaign reporting.

- Lead assigned sponsorship programs and partnerships, coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies to ensure effective program implementation and delivery objectives agreed.

3. Business & Customer Marketing Support

- Work closely with relevant business teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives and activities that support business priorities, customer engagement and GA/FC network development.

- Directly execute assigned Sales support initiatives, projects or local activations based on business priorities and team allocation.

- Manage assigned customer promotion programs from planning to implementation, including program mechanics, communication materials, stakeholder coordination, operational requirements and performance tracking.

- Participate in and support cross-functional projects led by other departments where Brand/Marketing involvement is required, ensuring appropriate brand representation and effective implementation.

4. Project & Operational Management

- Manage assigned projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of agreed deliverables.

- Manage assigned project budgets and related operational processes, including quotations, procurement, contract/payment coordination and expense tracking, in accordance with company policies and approved budgets.

- Prepare and consolidate project plans, reports, presentations and relevant documentation; provide performance updates, analysis and recommendations to support management review and decision-making.

- Handle other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing Communications or related fields, with demonstrated experience in independently managing marketing projects or campaigns. Experience in financial services, insurance or other service industries is an advantage

Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:

- Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects,     timelines, budgets and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, cross- functional teams, agencies, vendors and external partners.

- Experience in managing agencies/vendors and coordinating marketing production, events, activations or  other marketing deliverables.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign/project performance and  provide practical recommendations.

- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Required Languages: Fluent English & Vietnamese
