Corporate Compliance Officer (1 year contract) / Chuyên viên Kiểm soát tuân thủ (HĐLĐ 1 năm)

Report to: Corporate Compliance Assistant Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Regulatory Compliance and Internal control
    • Assist line manager to identify, assess, monitor and implement solutions to resolve compliance risks.
    • Develop and implement periodical control testing and review related to company business and operations; evaluate the adequacy of the remediation actions defined by stakeholders on key findings.
    • Build necessary internal regulations to adapt with the regulatory requirements, and the applicable internal/external regulations.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct gap analysis on new and changed regulatory requirements and Group’s standards.
    • Timely report critical issues on compliance to line manager with proper recommendations to mitigate the potential risks.
  • Personal data protection
    • Support line manager to update the applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection.
    • Give advice on the application of data protection rules.
    • Raise awareness and provide training for employees involved with personal processing activities.
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
    • Support to build the AML framework to mitigate the pontential money laundering risk.
    • Investigate the potential alerts and timely report the suspicious transactions to local authority as required by law.

Requirements

  • >= 4 working years’ experience in legal, compliance or internal control in organizations in banking, finance, or insurance fields.
  • Comprehensively involved in formulating internal operational standards, procedures, processes of organizations.
  • Exposure to multi-discipline working environment.
  • Well understanding compliance framework in a large company and internal control/audit techniques.
  • B.A. or higher degree in law.
  • Good command of the Vietnamese and English languages (specially written and reading)
  • Able to formulate strategies, give suitable advices to management on critical issues and able to devise effective implementation plan
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office
  • Logical and critical thinking skills
  • Analytical and persuasive skill
  • Communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
