Job Accountability
1/ Manage learning plan at corporate level:
- Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs
- Plan and organize training courses, make sure workshops and other trainings are delivered with good quality and meet expectations of stakeholders
- Prepare training logistics, coordinate with other functions to prepare the training class
- Evaluate, report, learn from experience, and suggest ways to improve the quality of training.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
2/ Manage functional learning:
- Evaluate functional learning needs to build plan and organize for key functions (Ex: Actuary, Sales,…)
- Provide expertise advice and organize functional training by request
3/ LMS system management:
- Administer, deploy, and operate training courses on the LMS system for all employees.
- Convert offline lectures into video format.
- Seek out new content and knowledge to regularly update the system.
4/ Support Line Manager with assignments related to CL/ HR projects.
Key requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
- Possess over 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Well organized, detailed, creative, active and able to work effectively and efficiency even under pressure
- High level written, oral communication and computer skills.
- Experience in HR support will be an advantage.
