Key Accountability
Corporate Planning
- Support with annual business plan setting cycle, ensure alignment with Head Office and top management directions
- Define Company KPI and support Department head KPIs setting and conduct regular appraisals
- Facilitate monthly top management meeting, driving effective decision-making processes
Management reporting & analysis
- Prepare management reports on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis, including:
- Track and monitor progress of company strategy and business plan execution, including KPI performance at company and department levels
- Conduct half-year re-forecasting of the business plan
- Support with frequent market intelligence report

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics is required
- Have 4-5 years of experience in related role
- Experience in financial reporting and proven track record to deal with large dataset and write comprehensive reports
- Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Fluent in English and Microsoft Office. Insurance experience is an advantage but not a must
