Report to: Program Analyst Assistant Manager 

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in the development of new features for the ACS system, particularly new schemes (programs) and support functions related to bonus payments
  • • Support monthly payment processing activities within the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in disbursements.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and address issues arising during ACS system operations.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to update, enhance, and optimize the system to meet business requirements.
    • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on system status, proposing improvements as needed.
• Develop and maintain the ETL system to ensure data is accurately transformed and stored, supporting report generation needs
  • • Quickly respond to reporting requests from departments, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the reports.
    • Monitor, test, and optimize data flows within the ETL system, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs and adapt the ETL system to specific requirements.
    • Generate reports on system status and performance, suggesting improvements when needed
• Develop new features and update the Customer Portal system based on customer change requests, particularly for functions related to personal information updates, loan applications, insurance requests, etc.
  • • Analyze and implement customer change requests, working closely with relevant departments to ensure the system meets specific needs.
    • Monitor the Customer Portal system, ensuring stability and quickly addressing issues to improve user experience.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure changes are implemented accurately and align with customer requirements.
    • Prepare periodic reports on the system’s status and effectiveness, recommending improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Do detailed designs for system and software architecture, database design, and functional design based on user requirement document (URD) and business specifications document (BSD)
• Write technical documents after application development, logic coding, and corrections
• Write guide documents for deployment to all environments as SIT, UAT, production (PRD) systems
• Self-deploy to development/UAT systems, and support infrastructure to deploy to PRD

Requirements

• University or College graduate
• Minimum 3 and preferably 5+ years of experience in developing database projects using Oracle
• Strong in Data warehouse and Data mart design to support BI
• Experience in deploy BI system like among of Oracle B, Tableu, Qlik, MS Power BI, IBM Cognos…
• Having knowledge of SQL Server, My SQL or DB2 is plus
• Having knowledge of ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report generation is preferred
• Having experience in developing general and detailed reports for industries like Financial, banking, securities, ERP which have sales agencies system
• Have knowledge of developing web services like SOAP and RESTful API
• Good knowledge in object-oriented system design and software development process
• Having ability to design system and system architecture. Skills in programming & business are 
  required
