Report to: Design & Development Senior Manager

Key Accountabilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis:

  • Identify and analyze the training needs of different learner groups.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather necessary information. 

2. Training Material Design:

  • Plan and develop content structure, methods, and tools for training programs.
  • Use design tools to create training materials (printed materials, videos, e-learning, etc.).

3. Training Material Development: 

  • Write and edit content for training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Training Effectiveness Evaluation:

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants and improve training materials based on that feedback.

5. Training Material Management:

  • Maintain and update the training material repository.
  • Ensure all materials comply with company regulations and standards.

6. Other Duties:

  • Participate in projects with various roles as required.
  • Provide expertise related to Staff Development, Multimedia Designing & Delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Education, Human Resource Management, Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing training programs.
    • Experience with design tools and e-learning software is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Communication and presentation skills. 
    • Project and time management skills.
    • Creativity and logical thinking ability.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Attention to detail and responsibility.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop.
