Overview
As an Intern in Partnership Division in the Hanwha Life Vietnam Early Talent Program, you’ll embark on a 4-month rotational internship designed to build hands-on experience within the Distribution function. You’ll begin your journey with two months in the Distribution Planning team, where you‘ll take part in daily tasks under mentor guidance, contribute to ongoing operations, submit regular performance reports, and explore creative ideas to improve workflows. In the second half, you’ll transition into the Distribution Admin team, diving deeper into data analysis and strategic planning. Here, you’ll tackle real business challenges, continue delivering structured reports, and apply innovative thinking to enhance current practices. This immersive experience offers a comprehensive view into how distribution strategy is built, executed, and refined—equipping you with core skills and insights to kick-start your career in insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & Execute tasks within the defined scope of assigned projects
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking progress of key business activities.
- Work with managers and team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team goals.
- Take part in real projects and apply what you learn in a practical, business setting.
- Contribute your insights and propose innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Requirements
- Final-year students or graduates awaiting degree/thesis, from relevant majors
- Good at data skills (at least Microsoft excel/ power point)
- GPA of 7.0/10 or 3.0/4.0 and above (preferable)
- Good command of English – both written and spoken (preferable)
- Demonstrates proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- Haves positive thinking and critical thinking mindset
- High competency at: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving
- Able to commit full-time for 4 continuous months (expected: Oct 25 – Feb 26)
