Distribution Support Senior Officer (Event Management)/ Chuyên viên Cấp cao Hỗ trợ Đại lý & Kênh Phân phối
Report to: Distribution Support Manager
Key Accountabilities
1. Event & Trip Organization and Management (80%):
• Management, planing, proposal, project leader and organizing agency events and trips and sales support activities (both offline and online) with good quality and meeting expectations of stakeholders;
• Support other events and activities in scope of company, region, zone and others as required;
• Work tightly with suppliers/vendors and related departments to make sure logistics and materials for events/trips;
• Effectively communicate for events and trips (during event time, before and after), timely deliver post-report to stakeholders;
• Tightly keep track of and manage budget effectively for events/trips/activities;
• Follow Company procedure and ensure the best way to save cost for Event & Trip and Department;
2. Other Tasks & Supports (20%):
• Co-work with related departments to proceed relating task for project;
• Follow up tightly to ensure timeline and deadline of projects;
• Control & manage Department budget and support other members in Budget Management.
• Assist Function Head/ Department Head for ad-hoc tasks
• Support other team members in other distribution support tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/ College Degree in Marketing/Finance/Business Administration/Economy;
- Understanding of marketing, production, printing, event, project management, communication and corporate identity;
- Ability to coordinate/presentation/MC for events
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and in teamwork setting;
- An analytical & organized approach, with a good attention to details.
- The knowledge of sales competition and agency administration processing is preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- At least 2-3 years of experience related to Marketing/Event/Sales Support/Advertising/Production
- Experience in Life insurance company is an advantage

- Build and keep strong relationships with sales force.
- Innovative and self-driven
- Skills:
- Good at English & MS Office (Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
- Excellent in writing skill
- Problem-solving and good presentation
- Working Relationships:
- Maintaining a clear reporting line with direct Manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels within the Company and sales force.
