Employer Branding & Internal Communications Senior Executive - Officer/Chuyên viên Phát triển Thương hiệu Tuyển dụng & Truyền thông Nội bộ
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the employer branding strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites, and internal communication channels
- Drive internal communication efforts to enhance employee engagement, reinforce organizational culture, and ensure consistent alignment between the company’s internal and external employer brand
- Strengthen the company’s EVP through engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, and workplace experiences
- Coordinate career fairs, university partnerships, HR Awards and recruitment events to enhance the company’s talent attraction efforts
- Manage budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of activities
- Contribute to L&OD and HR projects as assigned
- Prepare weekly reports, ad-hoc reports, and improvements related to EB & IC scope
- Other tasks assigned by Line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of experience in Employer Branding/ TA/ Internal Communication, or related fields
- Strong networking skill and organizing skill
- Skills in visual content creation and design with experience in tools such as Canva, PTS, AI, Capcut and other supporting tools
- Ability to coordinate campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, open‑minded, and self‑driven with strong time‑management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
