Full-time Agency Project Assistant/Trợ lý Dự án FTA
Key Accountability
A. Recruitment support & Agent candidate profile management
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, reach out, and schedule interviews with potential candidates for sales team.
- Profile Management: Receive, verify, and complete candidate documentation (personal information, degrees, and relevant certificates).
- Pending Case Handling: Closely monitor the approval process for new agent codes; coordinate with Underwriting/HR departments to resolve pending cases and ensure timely onboarding.
B. Field activity support
- Joint Field Work: Accompany new agent to client meetings in the field; demonstrate sales approaches, provide direct support in consultation and closing, and transfer practical skills to the team.
- Field Training Activity: Plan, organize, and supervise sales skill training programs; assess actual performance after fieldwork and propose improvement actions.
C. Administration & Data management
- Reporting & Tracking: Collect and update sales data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; prepare KPI progress reports and recommend solutions to boost sales performance.
- Pending Case Management: Monitor the list of pending contracts/transactions; coordinate with Underwriting, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve issues and ensure timely issuance.
D. Event Organization & Client Engagement
- Event Management: Plan concepts and prepare materials and logistics for events such as GPB, COP/BOM meetings, recognition ceremonies, kick-off events, and team building activities.
- Client Reception: Arrange schedules and support managers in hosting and engaging with key partners and VIP clients.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, team supervision, or business/sales support.
- Preferred background in Life Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, or Retail chains.
- Good understanding of JFW & FTA processes and operations.
Professional Skills
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling complex pending cases.
- Event organization, logistics management, and program coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
