Key Accountability
- FTA Recruitment Support: Proactively source, contact, and screen potential candidates; coordinate and support recruitment activities to meet the office's manpower requirements.
- Candidate File Management: Receive, verify, and complete candidate documentation; monitor agent code issuance and onboarding processes in accordance with company requirements.
- Joint Field Work (JFW) Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and participate in field activities to support sales skill development, customer engagement, and business performance improvement.
- Business Data Monitoring & Reporting: Collect, update, and analyze business data; prepare periodic reports and support management in tracking office performance and KPIs.

- Sales Support & Sales Contest Budget Management: Monitor, control, and administer the utilization of Sales Support and Sales Contest budgets in compliance with company policies and approved allocations.
- Pending Case Management: Monitor pending customer applications and transactions; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Event Organization & Customer Relations: Plan and coordinate business events, prepare logistics and materials, and support management in hosting business partners, VIP customers, and guests.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, team supervision, or business/sales support.
- Preferred background in Life Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, or Retail chains.
- Good understanding of JFW & FTA processes and operations.
Professional Skills
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling complex pending cases.
- Event organization, logistics management, and program coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
