Report to: Chief Distribution Officer
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support and monitor performance of current partnerships in multi-channel distribution including Bancassurance, CA and Group Sales. Propose new activities to boost performance and maintain relationship with current partners
- Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and profit, cost and operational efficiency, market penetration and business growth in alignment with the company direction
- Acquire new partnership relationships and work closely with external stakeholders including business partners, banks, corporates… to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goals
- Inspire and engage a team of talents and quality staff through career development
- Other projects assigned by managements
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Banking
- At least 5 years of partnership management experiences in banking and insurance field
- Good business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Data Analytic, MS Office Skill
- A team player that nurtures a team work environment
- Ability to produce results under time restraints
