Head of Sales Training Delivery/ Trưởng Bộ phận Huấn Luyện Kinh doanh Bảo hiểm
Key Accountabilities:
1. Training Management & Deployment
- Plan and lead the implementation of training programs/ event/ workshop for GAD/UM/DM/FC/SA/Bank… according to the company-wide training strategy.
- Provide support and monitor the training support functions in Partnership Distribution Training
- Monitor the quality of training in product knowledge, sales skills, recruitment skills, team management, and onboarding programs for new agents.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and effectiveness of the training model across all regions.
2. Training Evaluation & Improvement
- Track class effectiveness, evaluate learner progress, and analyze training metrics by region.
- Propose improvements to programs, teaching methods, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Capture and consolidate training needs from the market, recommending content aligned with business strategies.
3. Training Content Development Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison with D&D to develop and update training programs, guidelines, materials, videos, and learning support tools.
- Ensure all training content is timely, accurate, consistent, and aligned with the Agency strategy.
4. Trainer Development
- Manage, recruit, train, and develop Trainers to ensure professional competency and teaching skills.
- Conduct Training the Trainers (TTT) programs, perform periodic teaching quality assessments, and implement plans to enhance Trainer capabilities.
- Build career paths and recognition mechanisms for Trainers.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee nationwide training data aggregation and build KPI-based evaluation systems.
- Present regular training reports to senior leadership and propose strategic recommendations for workforce development.
6. Compliance & Teaching Quality
- Ensure all training activities comply with company and industry regulations.
- Monitor risks during training operations and maintain transparency and accuracy of all training records.
- Regularly assess and enhance teaching quality to ensure Trainers and training programs achieve optimal effectiveness.
7. Digital Transformation
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies in training delivery, including e-learning platforms, LMS enhancements, and virtual training solutions.
- Promote digital learning initiatives to improve accessibility, engagement, and measurement of training effectiveness.
8. Building a Learning Culture in the Agency Training Delivery and Partnership Distribution Training Chnnnel
- Lead the execution of internal training programs, seminars, and workshops to promote a continuous learning culture.
- Organize company-wide training projects, special training campaigns, and long-term strategic programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in training delivery/ partnership distribution within the insurance industry
- University graduated, major in Business Administration, Economics, Pedagogic, Law, Marketing, etc.
Qualification:
- Good planning, organization and presentation skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Able to forecast budget and control
- Able to work under high pressure
- Able to work with both team and independently
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of agency and partnership distribution sales models, recruitment, onboarding, sales productivity, and field management (GAD / UM / DM / FC / SA).
- Establishes a standardized framework across channels for both Agency Channel & Partnership Distribution Channel
- Experience in budget planning and management for multi-channel training programs, ensuring cost efficiency and value generation.
Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership capability to lead multi-channel Sales Training Delivery teams across regions, including Agency and Partnership Distribution.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, enabling effective partnership with Sales, D&D, IT, and business partners.
- High level of training energy with the ability to cascade motivation and performance standards
