HR Coordinator (Outsourcing contract) / Nhân Viên Đối tác Thu hút Nhân tài
Report to: TABP Manager
Key Accountabilities
Outsourcing vendor management (30%)
- Oversee vendor’s activities to ensure they are aligned to processs & HLV’s quality
- Work directly to outsourcing staff & line managers to solve related issues in vendor’s scope
- Conduct hiring for outsourcing positions
Onboarding management (30%)
- In-charge of all pre-onboarding tasks for all positions to ensure onboarding process is aligned to company’s procedures & new employees gets well-deserved experience
- Ensure all onboarding data are managed well & accurately
- Conduct background verification check with assigned position in onboarding
Report & Data management (30%)
- Administer HR system to ensure the data is updated & exported correctly & timely
- Assist payroll process by providing relevant employee information
- Make weekly report or ad-hoc reports related to data from TABP
Other task assigned from managers, including but not limited to admin tasks (10%)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of previous working experience as an HR administrator
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and the ability to work under high pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, considerate, honest and open to learning new things
- Proficient in using computer software such as MOS and HR systems
