HR Operations Assistant Manager/Phó phòng Quản lý Vận hành Nhân sự
Key Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation control.
- Manage and review payroll inputs, timekeeping, leave, and OT to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Supervise and optimize employee benefits programs (insurance, health check, allowances), including vendor management and cost control.
- Manage and monitor compensatory leave and overtime practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with company guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate HRIS (iHRP) operations, including data accuracy, reporting, system enhancement, and user experience improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Support and guide team members in handling employee queries, complex cases, and operational issues.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability of HR operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations / C&B, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, benefits, and labor compliance
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in HRIS (iHRP is a plus)
