HR Operations Manager/ Trưởng phòng Quản lý Vận hành Nhân sự

Key Accountabilities

1. HR Operations Management

Oversee and optimize all HR operational functions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Efficiency of HR processes (e.g., payroll processing time, offboarding timeline).

-  Compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

2. Manage payroll, benefits of employees and statutory reporting (e.g., PIT, social insurance, labor reports).

Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, manage employee benefits programs (including tax, compulsory insurance, and other benefits), and oversee related registrations and compliance.

Efficiency of benefits enrollment and management processes.

3. Carry out all procedures related to the entire employee life cycle such as signing labor contracts, personnel change management, off boarding, Labor relations

4. Attendance & leave management.

5. Policy & Regulations Standardization, Development & Implementation

6. HR Systems (iHRP): Manage daily operations, ensure system integrity, and lead the deployment of new modules.

7. Team Leadership & Development

8. Other assigned tasks from Line Manager & higher level related to the job.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, Minimum 2 years of experience in leading team

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Ability to work independently and high adaptability working with a team.

- Be responsible, meticulous, detail oriented, good problem solving.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
