Key accountability
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including orientation, and employee documentation.
- Administer timekeeping, leave, OT, and ensure accurate, timely payroll inputs.
- Handle employee benefits and insurance (enrollment, claims, reporting, vendor coordination).
- Manage executive and group insurance programs, including underwriting and approvals.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Plan and execute annual health check programs, including vendor management and budgeting.
- Support HRIS (iHRP), attendance systems, reporting, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance, reporting, audit readiness, and handle employee queries and perform other duties assigned related to compensation and benefits
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B, HR Operation
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, time management skills, can work under pressure with a high volume of duties.
- Ability to work independently and high adaptability working with a team
- Initiative, problem solving, trustable
- Be responsible, proactive, details oriented, teamwork, results oriented
- Good in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Familiar with HR system, experience in using HRIS - iHRP is an advantage
