Key Accountabilities
HR Strategy & People Plan
- Align workforce planning with immediate and future organizational goals.
- Provide strategic advice on people-related matters to Business Heads, addressing opportunities and challenges proactively.
Organizational Design & Development
- Continuously review and optimize Division structure to enhance performance, ensuring compliance with Hanwha Life principles
- Lead organizational change initiatives using proven methodologies.
- Coach and support Line Managers in implementing core HR processes aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to build functional and leadership capabilities for current and future needs.
Performance & Talent Management
- Support Line Managers in succession planning, performance reviews, and other key HR processes.
- Provide insights to Total Rewards Strategy.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships between managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Advise on complex employee situations, including legal cases and sensitive issues.
- Address workplace risks and ensure fair, timely resolution of issues.
- Lead wellbeing initiatives through proactive programs and support.
HR Projects and other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.
Job Requirements
- Experienced HRBP
- Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change using design, development.
- Hands-on experience managing employee and labor relations.
- Demonstrated success in coaching, developing talents.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and executing people strategies for business.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of performance drivers and long-term strategy.
- Strong on stakeholder management.
- Experience in organizational design, behaviors, and psychology.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Awareness of HR market trends and ability to influence functional development.
