Overview
As an Intern - Human Resource, you’ll rotate through two exciting functions: People Experience and People Rewards. In People Experience Department, You’ll contribute to employer branding via social media, support training and assessment logistics, and assist in recruitment activities. In the second rotation at People Rewards Department, you’ll help organize employee engagement initiatives like town halls and internal events. You’ll also support HR policy standardization, communication, and work as a project member in Compensation & Recognition (C&R) operations. This internship offers practical experience, exposure to strategic HR processes, and a chance to shape meaningful employee experiences within a dynamic, purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & Execute tasks within the defined scope of assigned projects
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking progress of key business activities.
- Work with managers and team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team goals.
- Take part in real projects and apply what you learn in a practical, business setting.
- Contribute your insights and propose innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Requirements
- Final-year students or graduates awaiting degree/thesis, from any majors, as long as you have a passion/ career direction in Human Resources
- Prefer candidates with good skills of CANVA, proficient with Excel, microsoft office
- GPA of 7.0/10 or 3.0/4.0 and above (preferable)
- Good command of English – both written and spoken (preferable)
- Demonstrates proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- High competency at: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving
- Able to commit full-time for 4 continuous months (expected: Oct 25 – Feb 26)
