Key Accountabilities:

• Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other key data.
• Continuously communicate updates on the current situation from the department’s side.
• Manage relationships with Korean corporate clients.
• Conduct simple market research on Korean and local enterprises.
• Support administrative tasks and other miscellaneous tasks (such as coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings, etc.).
• Support Korean customers via phone or social media channels (Inbound).
• Handle care calls to Korean customers who belong to the Korea Desk (Outbound).
• Support call center in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language Studies or a related field.
• Proficiency in Korean
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, enthusiastic and honest.
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Having about 1 year of experience as a Korean interpreter/assistant would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
