Key Accountabilities
- Design and deploy leadership pipeline and development framework which is in-line with business strategies.
- Identify and deploy impactful talent strategies and programs that are aligned with the vision, mission and core values of the organization.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders, including business and functional leaders, to develop and deliver innovative leadership & talent development solutions that can attract, motivate and retain talents
- Plan and lead the delivery of people practices including talent assessment & planning, performance management, training and career development, and office administration
- Management of budgets related to Leadership & Talent Development, in line with organizational processes
- Support with assignments related to L&OD/ HR projects
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Master or Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related field of studies
Experience and Skills:
- At least 5 years experiences working in the Learning/ Leadership & Talent Development senior role.
- Good at conceptual and critical thinking
- Strong credentials as an organizational leader, with deep business acumen, proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, and lead and influence change
- Energetic, positive minded individual who is meticulous and organized
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
