Marketing Communication Executive/ Nhân viên Truyền thông & Tiếp thị
Report to: Brand & Marketing Senior Manager
Key Accountabilities
1/ Brand communication:
- Collaborate with the brand team and other stakeholders to fully understand communication needs and deliver content across all channels.
- Execute detailed communication plan across multi-platform in line with given corporate and brand direction to achieve business goals and establish strong brand connections.
- Key individual responsible for developing detailed content for all marketing collaterals across various channels and partners, including product collaterals, sales materials, and more.
2/ Social Content Management
- Develop the content plan, including content angles, scheduling, and detailed content on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis for multiple social media platforms with specific requirements on Always-on content, marketing activities, products or other services, following aligned directions.
- Work closely with the Creative team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept and demonstrate the right mood and tone of the content.
- Manage, review & control requirements from internal stakeholders to ensure the right content & quality on social owned channels is implemented within the timeline.
- Monitor and engage with social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and handle customer’s comments on posts.
- Track and alert negative comments or posts on social channels that can make impact on brand reputation.
- Monitor and conduct competitor activities reports to understand what they are performing and have a proper action plan.
- Observe and understand the target audience, social trends, and opportunities mapping in the content plan.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of the brand on social platforms and propose aplan to deliver the brand objectives.
3/ Owned channel management
- Develop and implement all owned channel of Hanwha Life, including social channels (FB, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, Tiktok…) and corporate website to promote the brand and customer engagement.
- Manage and supervise all content and visuals publishing on all owned channels.
- Ensure the corporate website is regularly updated with the latest information and provides excellent user experience.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor‘s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, social media, or in a related field.
- Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or Marketing communications.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills with a knack for storytelling
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and Canva tool
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
- Ability to multitask and individual work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Working Experience: 3+ year experience in social media marketing and IMC.
- English at the Business level (good writing will be an advantage)
