Marketing & Product Development
Overview
As an intern in the Marketing & Product Development Department, you’ll take part in two dynamic rotations designed to build your industry insight. In the Marketing rotation, you‘ll contribute to brand development, support campaign content planning, and help manage social media initiatives - Definitely, based on your strengths and career interests, you’ll have the opportunity to explore areas that align with your aspirations. Moving into the Product Development rotation, you‘ll assist in shaping innovative insurance offerings through market research and customer insights. This role provides a comprehensive view of how products are developed and promoted—equipping you with hands-on experience from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & Execute tasks within the defined scope of assigned projects
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking progress of key business activities.
- Work with managers and team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team goals.
- Take part in real projects and apply what you learn in a practical, business setting.
- Contribute your insights and propose innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Requirements
- Final-year students or graduates awaiting degree/thesis from majors such as Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Insurance, or any other field—as long as you have a strong passion for Marketing and Product Development.
- GPA of 7.0/10 or 3.0/4.0 and above (preferable)
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Good command of English – both written and spoken (preferable)
- Demonstrates proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- High competency at: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving
- Able to commit full-time for 4 continuous months (expected: Oct 25 – Feb 26)
