Creating, developing, and editing digital graphics, graphics designs, animations, sound, video, photography, visual effects, and other interactive elements for various media platforms (both digital and traditional platforms) for advertisements, communications, and others to engage our target audience.
Designing and developing interactive graphics for social media campaigns, websites, and online marketing materials and creating interactive multimedia presentations.
Ensuring all designs are optimized for best performance across various platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.)
Collaborating with other team members, including content creators and web developers, to ensure that all multimedia content is cohesive.
Work closely and take feedback from the team members to align with the brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand and style guidelines.
Presenting final designs to the line manager or CEO and implementing feedback into the final product
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in advertising as well as finance and insurance business to ensure modern and innovative designs.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field. At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of software design programs.
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
Proven work experience as a Multimedia Designer or a similar position in the Design industry with a complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
Basic knowledge of web publishing software.
Excellent visual communication skills, and time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes and to prioritize tasks efficiently.
A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills.
