Key Accountabilities
- Creating, developing, and editing digital graphics, animations, video, photography, sound, visual effects, and other multimedia elements across both digital and traditional platforms to support advertising and communication activities, ensuring strong visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Designing and developing interactive and performance-driven visual assets for social media campaigns, websites, and online marketing materials, while contributing ideas to enhance creative concepts and overall visual direction of campaigns.
- Ensuring all designs are optimized for performance across platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.) and continuously improving outputs based on campaign performance, user behavior, and platform best practices.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including content, digital, and web development, to deliver cohesive multimedia outputs, while proactively identifying gaps and suggesting visual improvements to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Working closely with team members to refine ideas and outputs, taking ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency, high quality, and alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Ensuring all multimedia content adheres to brand and style guidelines while also actively proposing ways to evolve and refresh visual execution to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Presenting design ideas and final outputs to line manager or stakeholders, clearly explaining creative rationale and adapting effectively based on feedback.
- Actively researching and applying new design approaches, tools, and technologies (including AI-supported design, motion-first content, and new social formats) to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Supporting the standardization of design templates, guidelines, and workflows to improve consistency and scalability across different campaigns and platforms.
- Managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail, timelines, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Staying up-to-date with trends in design, advertising, and relevant industries (including finance and insurance) to ensure modern, innovative, and effective visual communication.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs.
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
- Proven work experience as a Multimedia Designer or a similar position in the Design industry with a complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Basic knowledge of web publishing software.
- Excellent visual communication skills, and time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes and to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills.
