Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for ensuring the Company’s investment activities to be done smoothly, timely and strictly following the Company’s investment procedures/ guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with FA to handle settlement of investment transactions already approved by IC and confirmed with counterparties
• Reconcile with FA on all investment cashflow and reporting, ensure the timely and accurate data for investment reporting
• Prepare all periodical reporting for investment functions, for submission to IC
• Prepare all reports on ILP funds for confirming with FMC & Supervisory bank
• Support other team members in monitoring & managing the data bank for investment
• Manage all filling and administration works within Investment function

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on Vietnamese financial market and products
• 3 years or more experience in Vietnamese financial market or investment funds
• Good knowledge on various calculations model and system
• Knowledge on regulations related to Vietnamese financial market

Prefer:

• Certified licenses such as CFA, CPA, LOMA
• Knowledge on Quant analytics program and python program
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
