As an internat Operations, you’ll start your journey in the 1st rotation at New Business & Underwriting Team, working on improving online tools to make them easier and faster for customers and staff. You‘ll help upgrade submission platforms and make digital experiences smoother. In your second rotation with the Claims team, you’ll improve mobile apps that support claim services, helping users report issues more easily. You’ll also take part in reviewing suspicious claim activities and gathering customer feedback to make services better. This two-part experience lets you discover how different teams use technology to bring value to customers.

Requirements
Final-year students or graduates awaiting degree/thesis, from major AI Application, Data Analyst or related majors
Good at data analytics, project management, own a customer service orientation mindset
GPA of 7.0/10 or 3.0/4.0 and above (preferable)
Good command of English – both written and spoken (preferable)
Demonstrates proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
High competency at: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving
Able to commit full-time for 4 continuous months (expected: Oct 25 – Feb 26)
