Report to: Partnership Planning Manager
Key Accountabilities
Management compensation schemes and incentive program, monitor sales performance of Partnership channels (60%)
- Prepare business yearly plan for Partnership Channel. Contribute to develop concept, design, release the implement compensation terms and incentive programs for CA partners, Bancassurance; work with Actuary and Finance to calculate the P&L of sales model (new sales channels, Bancassurance partnership deal, etc.) and have proper adjustment; finalize full proposal whether implement or dispose the sales model; follow the implementation, evaluate the effectiveness of each sales model and have proper corrective action.
- Monitor sales & channel activation through strategic communication, thematic program and various campaign across distribution channel; in order to support improvement of sales productivity and sales target achievement monitoring across sales channel in order to maintain its services standard.
- Monitor PRE budget in order to support business development.
- Conduct market analysis and business reports required by line manager and Department Head.
Conduct sales support activities as business demand and prepare for events organized by Hanwha Life and partners (30%)
- Work with PS, Banca team on preparing monthly/quarterly and annual contest and supporting programs for partners.
- Design and supervise memo of sales activity to communicate to partners and ensure the resource preparation of each program.
- Cooperate with internal team and partners to support on organizing special events such as partnership signing ceremony, star trip for top performance, etc.
Other tasks assigned by line manager and Adhoc tasks (10%)
- Management partnership planning team: assign task, monitoring and deliver task as timeline and requirements. Support and development team members.
Job Requirements:
- Education: University graduate in business administration, finance or related field of study.
- Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of insurance and financial products.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understand regulatory guidelines and risk control.
- Experience in deploying sizable channel revamp with tracked result.
- Experience in team/people management.
- Relevant working experience: At least 04 years of working experience in life insurance compensation & incentive or planning and sales of financial service industry.
- Required language: Strong written and spoken in English.
- Personality requirements:
- Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
