Policy Owner Services Officer/ Chuyên viên Quản lý Hợp đồng
Report to: Policy Owner Services Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure POS requests performed as guidelines,
- Fulfil all customer requests regarding on Insurance Policies (including minor, major and valuation request),
- Regularly quality check POS transactions error rate should not exceed 1.5%,
- On behalf of POS work with Project team/related departments for user requirement and UAT for system enhancement / projects related POS,
- Cooperating with other department (New Business, Claim, Underwriting, Customer Service, Premium Control, Actuary, Product Develop) to implement related processes efficiently, effectively and adapt legally & Audit point,
- Explain questions to clients/FCs accurate. Ensure process cases related decision from another department,
- Making related reports,
- Support line manager in managing team to reach KPI and customer / sales force satisfaction, training and coaching user, advice difficult cases to other users,
- Other tasks which assigned by line manager from time to time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in POS, making reports and analyze data.
- Qualification: Graduated University
- Good clerical work experience.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. Work in an organized manner.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to the company working environment.
- Ability to contribute to a productive work environment: positive, team-oriented, customer-oriented
- English: good in communicating/ reading and writing.
