To execute daily transactions, prepare advanced reports, support system improvement initiatives, company project and contribute to KPI achievement.

This role ensures smooth daily operations while contributing to system enhancements, KPI tracking and supporting cross-departmental processes.

Key Accountabilities

Handle policy service requests (minor/major/valuation) follow standard operating procedures and compliance standards

Handling premium applying and e.invoice tasks:

• Apply insurance premiums collected via partners into the system.

• Reconcile with FA and issue e.invoices to customers according to regulations.

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and suspicious transactions.

• Reconside data and make service payment to partners

Provide accurate responses to customers and sale force. Support cross-functional collaboration.

Manage Group Sales policies

Make reports.

Participate in project (test case / UAT etc.).

Assist in composing and updating procedures.

Other tasks which are assigned by team leader from time to time.
