Product Development Assistant Manager/Phó phòng Phát triển Sản phẩm
Key Accountability
1. Product Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insight assessment, and trend monitoring to
identify product opportunities and support strategic product decisions.
2. Product Proposition & Customer Value Creation
- Develop customer-centric product propositions, value frameworks, customer journeys, and product
positioning strategies that address customer needs and create meaningful differentiation in the market.
3. Product Development & Solution Design
- Lead the development and enhancement of life insurance products, riders, and value-added solutions,
ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, profitability targets, and regulatory
requirements
4. Product Business Case & Commercial Evaluation
- Develop product concepts, financial assumptions, business cases, and commercialization strategies to
support management decision-making and maximize product performance.
5. Product Project Management & Implementation
- Manage end-to-end product development projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor
project milestones, and ensure successful product implementation within agreed timelines and scope.
6. Regulatory Approval & Product Governance
- Prepare and coordinate product approval submissions, support interactions with regulators, and ensure
compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product
lifecycle.
7. Product Launch & Distribution Enablement
- Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Training, and Operations teams to develop launch plans, sales
tools, training materials, communication strategies, and channel-specific propositions to support product
commercialization.
8. Portfolio Performance & Product Optimization
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, sales results, and market developments to identify enhancement opportunities, optimize product portfolios, and improve customer value propositions over time.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in a business-related discipline
- At least 4 years working experience in product marketing, product development in insurance industry
- An excellent communicator (writting, speaking) & presentation, both in English & Vietnamese
- Innovative, creative and have strong mindset in sale supports, passionate for their product speciality
- Quick catching in market research, market information, strong in analytical skills to interpret data and and well consolidating reports
- Strong interpersonal and teamworks skill, well working in coordinating with other depts
- High responsible, strong organizational and project/time management skills
- Energetic, be able to work under pressure, solid problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding system, operation is an advantages.
