Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand insurance customer behaviors, agent workflows, and pain points across digital touchpoints.
• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for insurance applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate insurance business requirements into feasible and effective design solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience designing enterprise applications and customer-facing digital platforms 
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from implementation to positive user feedback 

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience with Figma (primary tool).
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as JS, React or Angular
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration concepts 
• Experience in user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, personas, journey mapping
• Experience in mobile-first and responsive design principles, card sorting and information architecture techniques, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions 
• Ability to facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences 

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:

• Analytical mindset to break down complex insurance workflows 
• Creative problem-solving for user experience challenges
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and user feedback
• Ability to balance business constraints with user needs

Preferred: 

• Professional certifications in UX/UI Design 
• Experience in digital transformation projects within insurance industry
