Program Analyst Officer (UI/ UX)/ Chuyên viên Lập trình
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand insurance customer behaviors, agent workflows, and pain points across digital touchpoints.
- Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for insurance applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate insurance business requirements into feasible and effective design solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience designing enterprise applications and customer-facing digital platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from implementation to positive user feedback
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with Figma (primary tool).
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as JS, React or Angular
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration concepts
- Experience in user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, personas, journey mapping
- Experience in mobile-first and responsive design principles, card sorting and information architecture techniques, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions
- Ability to facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Analytical mindset to break down complex insurance workflows
- Creative problem-solving for user experience challenges
- Data-driven decision making using metrics and user feedback
- Ability to balance business constraints with user needs
Preferred:
- Professional certifications in UX/UI Design
- Experience in digital transformation projects within insurance industry
