Job Accountability
- Be key contact point between Hanwha Life and partners to receive & implement solution partners’ issues/ requirements, cooperate with internal departments to solve these problems.
- Preparing, communication, execution, supporting payment short- and long-term contests for partners, sales force, and customer promotions under partnership projects.
- Process payments for partners and sales force, including incentive schemes, claims for sales activities such as workshops, seminars, gift distribution, ect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support training updates and announcements for the sales force, management resignation/issuing code processes, and handle reverse insurance policy cancellations.
- Events/Trip: 1) support in planning; 2) set-up, coordinate with relevant internal departments and partners to ensure smooth preparation and implementation; 3) Make event report and clear payment requests.
- Organizing & excution customer promotion campaigns.
- Support processing of print and distribute sales materials to partners.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Education: College Degree and above, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration
Relevant working experience: At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Sales support
Technical/ Profession/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of insurance and financial products
- Good stakeholder management skill
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines

- Ability to work effectively under high pressure
Personality requirements: Business oriented; Multitask ability; Detail-oriented; Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required language: Strong written and spoken in English
