Key Accountabilities:

    • Compensation & Rewards analysis & report.
    • Budget management
    • Performance management (goals-setting principles, mid/end-year review, calibration, salary review, promotion, award & recognition)
    • External compensation survey
    • Designs and develops remuneration scheme/policy & procedures (job title/grading system, pay structure, salary range,…)
    • Compensation and rewards system (fixed salary, variable bonus/incentive, allowances, benefits, tools of trade,…)

 

Job Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in C&B, Total reward
    • Good interpersonal & communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and high adaptability working with a team
    • Be responsible, meticulous, details oriented, good problem solving
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
