Report to: Compensation & Reward Part Leader
Key Accountabilities:
- C&R analysis & report.
- Budget management
- Performance management (goals-setting principles, mid/end-year review, calibration, salary review, promotion, award & recognition)
- External compensation survey
- Designs and develops remuneration scheme/policy & procedures (job title/grading system, pay structure, salary range,…)
- Compensation and rewards system (fixed salary, variable bonus/incentive, allowances, benefits, tools of trade,…)
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B, Total reward
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and high adaptability working with a team
- Be responsible, meticulous, details oriented, good problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
