As a Sales Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to explore two out of three core pillars that drive the success of our agency business.
In Agency Development, you’ll discover how we grow our sales force and empower agents to perform at their best.
In Agency Training Delivery, you’ll help implement impactful training programs that elevate agent skills and productivity.
In Agency Training Planning, you’ll assist in shaping long-term training strategies and creating learning materials.
This rotation gives you hands-on exposure to the people, tools, and strategies behind a thriving life insurance agency network—while helping you build a solid foundation for your future career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & Execute tasks within the defined scope of assigned projects
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking progress of key business activities.
- Work with managers and team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team goals.
- Take part in real projects and apply what you learn in a practical, business setting.
- Contribute your insights and propose innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Requirements
- Final-year students or graduates awaiting degree/thesis, from relevant majors as long as you have a career aspiration with Sales & Training
- GPA of 7.0/10 or 3.0/4.0 and above (preferable)
- Good at Presentation skills
- Good command of English – both written and spoken (preferable)
- Demonstrates proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- High competency at: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving
- Able to commit full-time for 4 continuous months (expected: Oct 25 – Feb 26)
