Sales Manager/ Quản lý Kinh doanh (Đối tác Ngân hàng)
Report to: Account Head
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned Bank sales target
- Actively promote interaction with distribution partners’ branch management as part of the relationship management
- Training, coaching, JFW with Bancassurance direct sales persons, supervisors of Hanwha Life and Banks, Partners
- Meet sales targets on assigned direct/indirect sales regions
- Developing and difficulties being experienced by the team
- Monitoring the channel sales activity, analysis performance and identify areas for improvement
- Carry out personal development program interviews with the team (trainees and Sales Consultants) and annually review performance against KPI’s
- Select and interview Team leader candidates, FA for business demands
- Building good relationship with Branch manager and their all staffs
- Conducting sales seminar, training for Bank staffs and HLV’s sale persons
Job Requirements
- Life insurance experiences but Bancassurance is priority
- Flexibility to business decision
Qualification:
- Bachelor/College degree
- Full time working
Knowledge:
- Preferably having at least 3 years experiences in the banking, finance or insurance industry
- Preferably obtain good life insurance, Bancassurance qualifications
Skills:
- Presentation skills, training skill and public speaking skill
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn and self-develop
