1. Manage and develop the assigned area:
• Propose plan to complete assigned sales targets.
• Deploy business plan to GAD, DM, UM, RM, sales team, and monitor plan’s implementation.
• Report daily sales activities to RD/TD
2. Supervise, manage sales activities:
• Organize business support activities: sales meetings, training, sales seminars (recruitment,sales…).
• Join 1:1 meeting with management levels every month.
• Ensure and maintain the quality of sales team at the area.
• Inform, guide, supervise sales team to comply with company regulations.
• Report to RD when there are problems or unusual signs related to business operation and customer management.
• Recruit FCs, leader, GAD, build sales team and support development orientation.
